Our feet are under a great deal of stress and pressure. This includes common and treatable foot conditions such as corns, calluses, bunions, fractures, athlete's foot, heel pain, plantar's warts, sprains, etc. Our feet do not work alone. Misalignments of the foot and ankle can manifest themselves as pain in the legs, pelvis, and lower back. Proper foot care can relieve ailments which may seem unrelated.
